We will come to your home and use a special tool to scan your PC for viruses and spyware using the latest signature matching profiles without booting into your infected operating system. This type of "Offline" scan is not affected by Anti-Virus Killers or Memory Resident Spyware because they never get the chance to load. Thus, the scanner runs a complete scan/fix/clean-up of your hard drive(s).

NOTE: The Virus & Spyware removal services do not guarantee that your PC will still function when finished. Some viruses can corrupt an Operating System so badly that no level of virus removal will fix the corruption. We also recommend a full back is performed in case files cannot be cleaned and must be deleted instead.
